Our leadership

Jarrod leads Maxim’s strategy so it evolves with community needs, unlocks growth opportunities and stays true to the company’s mission, vision and values. Since joining in 1998 as a Healthcare Recruiter, his dedication and servant leadership propelled him through positions as West Region Vice President and Senior Vice President of Operations.

Jarrod holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication from Allegheny College and a master’s degree in Sports Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He has served on the boards of the Whitney Ranch Charitable Foundation’s Strokes4Hope and the California Association for Health Services at Home.

Matthew, our Vice President of Behavioral, has a strong track record of creating compliant and effective healthcare operations across multiple markets. Matthew joined Maxim in 2002 and has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare sales, operations and management.

Matthew holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Arizona State University. He also serves as president and board member of Rocklin Youth Lacrosse Club, a non-profit that provides development for young players, both as athletes and players, through personal growth.

Melissa, our Regional Vice President of Behavioral Clinical Operations, joined Maxim in 2015. She oversees our clinical leadership teams and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) development, clinical quality and client outcome initiatives. Before joining Maxim, Melissa worked at Coyne and Associates as a Regional Director and Infant Program Administrator. She also worked at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders as a Clinical Manager.

Melissa has been a BCBA since 2014. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego, and a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from National University.
