From the office
Our Emeryville, CA Behavioral Office provides intensive behavior support (IBS) services and traditional in-home applied behavior analysts (ABA) services to clients and families throughout the Bay Area. Our IBS program provides families with a reliable and trained care provider care for their loved ones. We work in a trauma-informed, family-centered and ethical framework, using the principles of ABA to guide our work. We collaborate with schools, daycare facilities and other community members to ensure our clients are given the highest quality of service available.

I have been at Maxim since 2022 and have been working in the field of ASD education for nearly 20 years. My experience ranges from home, school and residential settings. Lorien Quirk - Clinical Manager
I have worked with children and adults in the ABA field for over 25 years! I have a master’s degree and California teaching credential in Special Education and have been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2007. I am passionate about ethical service to families and clients and serving those who face hardships accessing care.
