From the office
Our Orlando, FL Behavioral Office specializes in early intervention applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy for children ages 18 months-15 years old. Our program fosters compassionate and individualized care for our clients to improve their independence and increase their quality of life. We focus on staff education and skill advancement for our Behavior Technicians (Bs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCABAs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and we strive to create a positive work experience for our team.

Lauren McCastlain - Clinical Manager
I am a dedicated BCBA with a passion for supporting and improving the lives of families of children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis. I have been at Maxim since 2022 but have devoted over 13 years of my career to working with families and children. Working at Maxim has been incredibly rewarding and has reinforced my commitment to creating and supporting environments that empower children and families to thrive.
