Katie Devereux, M.A., BCBA, LBA, Clinical Manager
Katie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development with a minor in Early Childhood Studies and a Master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Arizona.
Katie began her career in the field of ABA in 2018 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and earned her BCBA certification in 2021. Since then, she has provided behavioral-analysis services across a variety of settings, including telehealth, schools, communities, homes, and clinic-based programs. Her diverse experience allows her to support learners and families with individualized, evidence-based interventions tailored to their unique needs.
Katie is passionate about the transformative impact of ABA and is dedicated to helping individuals develop meaningful skills that enhance their independence and quality of life. She believes that behavior analysis services should be grounded in compassionate care, evidence-based practice, and strong collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams. Through this approach, she strives to create positive, lasting outcomes that are meaningful to each learner and their family.
