The brand-new Maxim Behavioral clinic in San Antonio! Located on East Sonterra Boulevard, our new brick-and-mortar facility is a vibrant space designed specifically for growth and discovery.
With years of service, we specialize in providing personalized ABA therapy tailored to each child’s unique strengths and needs. We believe that no two journeys are the same, and our dedicated clinicians work closely with families to ensure every intervention is meaningful and effective. Dr. Kelli Spencer – Clinical Manager
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a doctorate in Special Education and ABA. I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D) and a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA). My academic training includes undergraduate research in psychometrics, graduate-level research in verbal behavior across South Texas, and doctoral research focused on abduction prevention training.
I bring extensive experience delivering behavioral-analytic services across a wide range of settings, including telehealth, school, home and clinic-based programs.
In addition to clinical work, I have also taught undergraduate and graduate courses in education and ABA. I believe behavior analytic therapy must be grounded in compassionate care, evidence-based practice, and collaboration with families to support meaningful, individualized outcomes for learners.
